Shipping

How Long Will I Receive My Package?

After we receive your order, we will inform our factory to produce your shoes, which will take about 3 to 4 days, then we will transfer your shoes to the carrier, they will ship your shoes and return the tracking code to us, then we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking code to you. After the carrier ship the package, you will receive your shoes in about 7 - 10 days.

Where The Products Ship From?

We ship from Hong Kong or Guangzhou (China).

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

ePacket. It is an agreement between the US Postal Service and the Hong Kong Post to boost growth in ecommerce, and same for numerous countries around the world. It allows for faster ePacket delivery of lightweight products coming from China and Hong Kong to the US and other countries. 

How Do I Track My Order?

The details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Credit Card (Powered by Stripe) and PayPal.

Do You Charge Tax?

No, because our company is registered in Hong Kong, so we do not charge your country's retail tax.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We accept order cancellation and change before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel and change the order if the product is already shipped out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you’d like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience.

Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn’t require you to create an account.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns should be made within 7 days after you received the items. Please be aware that you must contact us here.

We will need to know your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for your return. You have a further 7 days to post your items to us.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped. Take your parcel to a Post Office or arrange for it to be collected by a local courier. Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email. All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Please note refunds can take 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.
